Walk along the Seine river
Parisians as well as tourists like to walk along the Seine river. The sound of footsteps on the cobblestones mingles with the lapping of the water. Time stops when the look falls into the wavelets. The barges bring an air of vacation to the French Capital, the seagulls make it stronger. We look at the other side with delight and then we take place under a tree, or with our feet above the river. There, the tongues are loosened until late at night. We laugh, we share a meal, we even dance. Because on the quays, many boats are open as a restaurant, piano bar or dance floor. Calm and relaxing during the day, livelier at night, the quays of the Seine are a must-see!
Saint-Germain-des-Prés
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés too, the Seine river passes. The Institut de France, the romantic Pont des Arts and the booksellers have a view of the river.you can see the old Paris in the reflection of the Seine river. From the Pont des Arts, you can admire Notre-Dame Cathedral on one side, the Eiffel Tower on the other. The Louvre just opposite is impressive! And the barges below sail with the swell. All the atmospheres are on the Pont des Arts.
