OUR COVID-19 HYGIENE AND SAFETY PROTOCOL

It is a pleasure to welcome you to Paris and to Hotel de Seine.
Our commitment to hygiene and cleanliness has incited all our staff to boost sanitary safety protocols.
We are setting up extra measures, in-line with the latest hygiene and cleaning recommendations, to guarantee guest and staff safety.
The measures inforced cover a wide range of topics: respecting preventive measures, cleaning product recommandations, cleaning procedures in rooms and common areas.
During your stay. :
- We ask all our guest to present a vaccination pass at arrival in order to access common area.
- We remind you that you have to wear a mask in common area.

How have hygiene and cleaning measures changed at the hotels?

- Common area cleaning: all handles, switches, lift buttons and room keys will be disinfected periodically.
- Single use cleaning equipment.
- All linen and courtesy products available in the room will be systematically changed before re-letting.
- Only NR EN 14476 standard disinfectant detergents will be used.
What prevention measures will staff follow?
Equipment and preventive measures set up for the safety of our staff and guests alike:
- All staff will have masks, gloves and sanitising gel.
- All staff will apply preventive measures and wash their hands as regularly as possible and after each interaction with guests/other staff.
- Bottles of water will be available at the front desk to reduce contact.
- Reception desk is equipped with a plexiglas screen.
How will hotel services be affected?
- We offer contactless payment solutions and we send you the invoice by email.
- All our amenities usually in the rooms are now available on demand at reception desk (shower cap, cotton…)
Will sanitising gel be available for guests?
Yes, we will offer all guests sanitising gel on arrival for their safety.
What about cancellation policy ?
Hotel de Seine does not take any deposit anymore, we only ask a credit card number with expiry date as a guarantee. We also changed our offers with new cancellation policy :
- BEST FLEXIBLE RATE : free cancellation until 2:00 pm on the D DAY.
- SEMI FLEXIBLE RATE : free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival.
